Getting Started on Your Orthodontic Treatment
Prior to treatment, patients must visit a dentist for an exam. Patients should visit the dentist every 6 months for a thorough examination and cleaning. Before each orthodontic appointment, patients are encouraged to brush their teeth. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided in the office.
Convenient Appointments for Orthodontic Treatment
Your appointments are scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle. Our staff makes every effort to conveniently accommodate each patient’s schedule for their appointments. In order to help us continue to schedule efficiently, 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Orthodontic Treatment Time
Treatment may last approximately 15-24 months, though this will vary depending on your individual case. Appointments are typically scheduled from 4 to 12 weeks apart. Your cooperation in keeping scheduled orthodontic appointments, maintaining proper hygiene and taking care of your braces or aligners may allow you to finish your orthodontic treatment early.

Orthodontic treatment is an important investment and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care affordable.
For your convenience, we offer a variety of flexible payment plans with low monthly payments. Payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled. Check with our office staff if you have any questions or would like to obtain more specific information.

Automatic Bank Draft
Set up your monthly payment to be automatically drawn on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first appointment.
Automatic Credit Card Debit
Monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card. We accept most major credit cards. Please provide us with your card information at your first appointment.
Cash Discount Option
A full payment prior to the initial banding appointment will result in a significant savings offer.
Insurance
We accept and file most insurance policies for Orthodontic Treatment. Please provide us with your insurance information at your first appointment.
